As Sales Manager, Herby Tessadri is the point of contact for customized, needs-based solutions based on our standard software. With his 25 years of experience in the PIM field, he provides in-depth and reliable initial consultations to our prospective clients in the industry. In addition, he manages our office in Wolfurt, Austria.
Fascinated by technology even as a child, Herby Tessadri transferred to a “Höhere Technische Lehranstalt” after just a few years of high school. The HTL is unique in Austria: a vocational high school that offers intensive technical training. His area of specialization: electrical engineering and electronics, with a focus on digital technology.
After graduating from high school, Herby Tessadri worked for several years as a high-frequency technician before beginning his studies in multimedia communication design at the University of Applied Sciences in Dornbirn in 1996. However, his time as a student was not purely theoretical—on the side, he programmed and designed websites and developed online shops.
The Tessadri family is a family of self-employed individuals. So when Herby’s employer, a Vorarlberg-based printing company, participated in the founding of crossbase in 2001, it was only natural for him to join as a partner. Looking back, he is proud that the company has always remained true to itself, preserved its independence, and grown organically—all without business angels, investors, or external equity participation.
Stability is thus one of the most important values for the sales manager: stability in relationships with colleagues, stability in relationships with customers, and stability in the company’s development.
